When does the moving time start and end?
The moving time starts from the moment our team arrives at your first pickup location and ends after all items are delivered, unloaded, and equipment is returned to the vehicle.
How is the moving distance calculated?
The moving distance starts from the first pickup point of the customer.
Each booked hour includes 25 km. Any distance above the included amount is charged separately.
What is included in the hourly moving packages?
Our moving plans include the vehicle, fuel, driver and/or helpers depending on the selected package, and moving equipment such as a trolley and straps.
What happens if my move takes longer than booked?
If the move takes longer than the booked time, additional charges may apply based on the extra time required.
Do you offer packing and unpacking services?
Yes, we provide packing and unpacking services to make your move easier and more efficient.
Do you provide cleaning services?
Yes, we offer general cleaning, deep cleaning, and regular cleaning services.
Can you help with furniture assembly?
Yes, we offer professional furniture assembly services.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required for moves within Uusimaa. For long-distance moves, an advance payment of at least 50% may be required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the move. Later cancellations may include a €20 fee.
What items are not allowed to be transported?
We do not transport hazardous materials or perishable items.
Do I need to be present during the move?
Yes, a responsible person should be present during the move to support communication and coordination.
Do you offer long-distance moving?
Yes, we provide long-distance and intercity moving services across Finland.
Do you offer furniture delivery from stores like IKEA or JYSK?
Yes, we handle pickups and deliveries from IKEA, JYSK, and other marketplaces.
What if there are delays outside your control?
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, construction, weather, or other unexpected events.
